Monthly summary: not-so-April-Fool's-Day

"Przed" or "po deployu"?

After three episodes of our vlog "Piątki przed deployem" can you say which format is your favorite: vlog or podcast? Or another way: are you #teampiątkiprzed or #teampiątkipo? Honestly, I can say - I am #teampiątkiingeneral, because I just like to finish every Friday with Miłosz and Mateusz arguing in the background :D.

I think you may like to watch an episode about low-code, in which they try to answer if low-code or no-code is still a matter for programmers? Boys cross swords in a fight for tough arguments (and Miłosz even wears a shirt!)

If you prefer "Piątki przed deployem," I highly recommend you to watch a great episode about cypermop.com: a website frighteningly similar to ours...

Last but not least - if you love vintage fashion, Windows XP and you often say "kiedyś to było" (I really am sorry, I can't translate it correctly :D) just watch this one:

Grab some knowledge

Of course, we love our job, but we also love being a little spoiled (or maybe appreciated? ;) ) with several benefits, which we have at our disposal in Merixstudio. At the beginning of April, we enriched our portfolio of perks with a new benefit available for both new and "old" employees. World Book Day in Merix!

I often say on my onboarding presentations that we, Merixes, are fueled by passion: both to our work and to all things that make us happy: from climbing to cooking with liquid nitrogen ;)

We just couldn't miss such an occasion to celebrate World Book Day. We've made a vast reading challenge on Worksmile, our benefit management platform, and I'm thrilled to announce that Merix Bookworms spent 805 hours being active and 340 hours reading excellent books. Do you know that at this time, we could read the whole Middle Earth saga seven times?
